Gold financing is a way for investors to earn money by funding businesses that buy and sell real gold. Instead of storing gold at home, your money is used in secure gold trading or lending deals. In return, you receive a fixed, steady income (like interest) every month, while the gold itself acts as security for the investment.
Think of it like this: just as a bank uses your deposit to make loans and then pays you interest, in gold financing your funds are used in safe, regulated gold trades, and you get paid a reliable return.
The gold is purchased at discount through our network of artisanal mines in Ghana and sold at LBMA (London Bullion Market) rate to our network of refineries in Dubai. We average two trades per month and investors are paid their interest within 3 days of the closing trade (sell) with fortnightly payments via the loan note or monthly payments via the fund.
We achieve 0.75% per trade for investors. When investing through the fund, the investment manager; Neovision Wealth Management (https://neovision-wealth.com/) charge 1.2% per annum management fee. This is absorbed in the loan note structure as operational costs are reduced.
Yes. Our structures include robust legal agreements.
Debenture of the loan note is held with Spencer West who are obligated to monitor trade activity and movement of capital. The fund has Luxembourg governance; and ADGM regulation monitors the operations of the investment manager.
There is no risk on principal capital. Funds are released for the trade when the gold has been assayed and loaded onto the Emirates Cargo aircraft. Emirates Cargo insure their cargo and in doing so need to ensure that what the value of the cargo is accurate, in our instance this includes the purity, weight and form of the gold.
The only risk lies ion number of trades executed. There are various risks to trade completion including ambush logistic, political and seasonal risks. Although we haven't experienced any of these issues in the 5+ years of trading. In any event that risk is taken by our counterparty as the funds don't reach them until the gold is en route to Dubai.
Yes. Our Luxembourg-domiciled fund ISIN can be purchased by most major banks, Swissquote Bank and IBKR (Interactive Brokers).
The minimum investment is €100,000.
